Keyboard shortcut in Numbers to export a file to other formats?

Hello! I'm using Numbers a lot but my hands start to hurt because I have to click many times in order to Export a file into Excel, for example.

In mu built-in "user manual" it says that Numbers 14.4 is capable to use Shortcuts to export sheets in other formats.

But I can't find it anywhere in my computer or online.

Any help, please?

I had tendinitis already and I don't want to have it again, specially when this should be easy for Apple to implement

You don't necessarily need the full path to the menu item for a shortcut. I've always used just the menu item name. I assume as long as the name is unique it does not require the path. But maybe it is good practice to include it anyway.

In recent version of Mac OS it will look like this when you are making the shortcut (without the path included):

The choice of keys to press is yours to make.
