How do I contact an employee in an actual store?
I ordered an iPhone 17 and picked it up the next day at the closest Apple Store-about 45 miles from my home. I had a Belkin screen protector applied in store when I picked up my phone. Two days later the screen protector was separating from all the edges causing issues with the touchscreen. I texted and called support directly. However, since it was an in store purchase, they said they could not see the order and what was emailed to me did not have an order number on it. I attempted to contact the store directly, which was unsuccessful in that I was routed back to online support. I spoke to about 5 people total and wasted about 2 hrs trying to get this resolved. I would like a refund as it is not convenient for me to travel another 45 miles to get it redone. This should not be this difficult or time consuming. And, I found out with some research, this is a common issue with this particular Belkin screen protector. Does anyone have any ideas as to how I can get this resolved without spending hours on the phone, talking to a bunch more employees who cannot help, or have to travel 45 miles. Thank you!!!!
