Safari not compatible with Citizens Bank on line banking web site
I use the Citizens Bank on-line banking web site on my Mac Studio to pay bills. Recently one of the functions of the CB web site won't work with Safari and that is on the bill pay page, specifically "payment activity". When I click on that selection a page is suppose to show up so I can view all of the bills that I've set up for payment. Instead I just get a spinning green circle and the word "Loading..." beneath it, nothing more. I've tried everything I could think of with my computer (erasing history, the cache, restart, etc) and I called CB on line banking support for help. The only thing they told me to do was "Use another browser". So I'm using Fire Fox for now and all works on that browser. Even my laptop Safari won't work with the "payment activity" page on the CB web site. Anyone else having the same issue?
Everything on the CB web site does work, however, when I use my iPad. I do have the CB bank app on my phone which does work. The issue is only with Safari on my Mac Studio and my MacBook Air.
