I am really struggling with the new format for viewing my apps and miss the launchpad, possibly the way my brain works. But is there a way of bringing it back onto my mac as its really hindering my productivity in a day?

You can also organize your applications or application aliases into folders in the Applications folder, add the Applications folder to the Dock. A roll your own Launchpad. When you click on the folders it will open to reveal the contents.

Launchpad is not available in macOS 26 Tahoe. Instead, Apple has replaced it with a Spotlight-based application library similar to that on iOS. By default, the Apps app replaced the Launchpad app in your Dock (if it was there). macOS organizes the apps, you cannot manually sort them. There is no way you can bring it back. There are multiple alternatives on the App Store.
