I sent somebody some money on Apple Pay, but it said pending since yesterday so today I canceled the payment. How long will it take for my money to return to my account? Or who do I direct this issue to? Thanks for any information.

What is that a screen shot of? I’ve never seen a screen that looks like that for Apple Pay. Do you personally know the person you sent cash to? This looks like a scam. If this was a commercial transaction (rent?) it’s almost certainly a scam. It’s against the terms and conditions of Apple Cash to use it for commercial purposes such as rent.
I’m glad to hear you received your funds back. Be careful with commercial transactions. If Green Dot Bank discovers that Apple Cash P2P was used for commercial purposes both your account and the person receiving the funds will have their Apple Cash account closed, possibly permanently. Any funds in the account when closed are held for up to 2 years by the bank.
The green screenshot is of my chime account and the one below is of my Apple Pay. I didn't know it was illegal, thanks for letting me know. But it’s for sure not a scam lol.
