My keyboard:
I bought a macbook 2009 with a weird keyboard that i can't recognise, can you help me please? Is not swedish, is non finnish, is not norwegian, the most similar is the swedish but as you can see some keys are different: q-a-z for example and others of course

Your keyboard is non-standard: Someone has taken a Swedish keyboard and switched keys around to make it azerty, which is used in France and Belgium. The only way to have the keys match the output on the screen is to make a custom input source with an app like Ukulele.

If possible you should return the machine for a refund or exchange.
You can set the input language to whatever you want and it will make the characters set for that input language.
The printed characters on the keys are meaningless if the input source set in the macOS Preferences does to match it.
You could just relabel them if you really wanted to, but yes, you can pop off the keys and put them back in the correct location.

A french/belgian keyboard with a key like this one "å" that is typical from Sweden and Finland and not present (that i know of) in the french/belgian alphabet?!
