How do Iget rid of unauthorized Apple Pay purchase and frozen game screen on iPhone?

A s teen showed up saying someone used my Apple Pay to purchase something. Says apple put hold on it til I call and freeze it

no way this can happen as I don’t have Apple Pay. No one has my credit card number, not Apple either
