Apple Music 'Cannot Connect' error on iPhone but works on iPad

I’m having trouble with my Apple Music app. When I go into the app on my phone, it says “Cannot Connect” and I can’t listen to music and all of my playlists are gone. However, on my iPad, everything is perfectly fine and still works. I’ve tried restarting my phone and deleting Apple Music, but I still have the problem. If anyone knows what to do, please let me know.

I went to settings -> Apple account -> media and purchases -> sign out-> back to media and purchases-> sign in -> Apple Music-> it should be back to normal but it may ask you to turn on “sync library” which you need to click
