Last night I went to bed prettty late like 2 am and had my phone on WiFi and plugged in so I thought it would back up cause I read online that it did it every day. But when I woke up I saw that it still said the last backup was the 6th of Nov can anyone help

If a few days go by without an automatic backup, try a forced re-start of the phone.

This is different from a simple Power Off. I had to continue holding the button down past the "slide to power off" message, and then I released the button only after the Apple Logo appeared indicating a re-start.
Ok well yesterday I took a nap when I got home cause I had a long day and when I woke up it said it backed up without me doing it
Nap is good! My phone did its backup at 9:13 last evening. Glad they worked!

Outs been a couple days and it started backing up every day so you were right I guess it was just some glitch
