I can't find clear steps to recreating the click track in Logic Pro X if I deleted it at some point. This is a MAJOR frustration. Can someone please explain, assuming nothing is set up in the MIDI environment correctly any more, how I can "step by step" create a new click instrument?

Logic Settings > Recording tab > Recording Project Settings... (at bottom right corner of panel) > Metronome tab. Here you can set the parameters for the metronome click.
Also, you can enable the display of the icons for Count In and Metronome Click in the Control Bar by control-clicking the Control Bar and selecting Customize Control Bar and Display...

Thanks for the reply, but none of that works. The click channel no longer exists so no click sounds. I need to know how to set up a new click instrument and link it to the metronome GUI.
I selected “all” and it’s not there. I mistakenly deleted it at some point. I need to rebuild the whole thing from scratch.
