As title suggests, I used hair dryer at high temperature to remove the adhesive of my lens cover in my iPhone (pointed hair dryer to lens), should I be worried that it would have damaged any component?

High heat and iPhone aren't good friends. Could you have damaged the phone? Sure. Did you damage the phone? We can't test your phone or possibly know. Keep an eye on how your phone performs and if it operates normally, I wouldn't be overly concerned.
