Icon HD (internal apple HD) looks strange.

The icon on my iMac Pro's desktop has recently changed.

See attached photo.

Starting up with a guest account usually fixes the problem, but when I restart with my account, the problem returns.

Does anyone have a solution without a clean install?

Have you done a SafeBoot Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support will sort many anomalies

Login and test. Reboot as normal and test. Caches get rebuilt automatically to see if corrects the problem?

if it appears proper in a guest account, that usually indicates there is an issue with your normal account.

i'm thinking you should download and run the free version of EtreCheck so we can see if you have some software installed that is causing your issue. make sure you give "full disk access" to etrecheck. Learn how to use it by reading Using EtreCheck. if you need help interpreting the report, you can see how to post the report here by reading How to use the Add Text Feature When Posting Large Amounts of Text, i.e. an Etrecheck Report. and it automatically obscures sensitive things (like serial numbers) so you don't have to worry about sharing the report here.

Yes, the Lacie (Time Machine external drive) icon is completely normal.

Sorry I thought that was a Seagate external drive.

At this moment I have this one.

Did you change it to the orange icon or did it fix itself....?

What is the best way to address these items ?

Erasing and reinstalling to fix those minor issues is a little extreme if the iMac is running OK.

It looks like the offenders are Malwarebytes, the Epson software package and DYMO.

1) Disable or uninstall Malwarebytes.. It doesn't need to be running continuously in the back ground.

2) What Epson printer do you have...? If it supports AirPrint, you do not need Epson software to make it work.

3) If you use the DYMO software then keep it. If not then uninstall it as per the developers directions.

Clean up - There are orphan files that could be removed.
*
System modifications - There are a large number of system modifications running in the background.
*
And Kernel extensions present - This computer has kernel extensions that may not work in the future.

after you run an etrecheck report, have a look at the "major issues" and "minor issues" sections. using the "review" buttons should allow you to locate and deal with at least some of those.

but, IMHO, I still think your best bet would be an erase and reinstall of macOS.

I really didn't see any problematic software. but I did see:

Clean up - There are orphan files that could be removed.

System modifications - There are a large number of system modifications running in the background.

and Kernel extensions present - This computer has kernel extensions that may not work in the future.

however, without having "hands on" your Mac, I really can't help with those issues. and while I know that you would prefer NOT to erase and reinstall your Mac, I do think that is your best bet at this point.
