Synchronizing Logic Pro to MIDI clock and starting recording from external synth

I want to trigger recording by playing the first note on my keyboard, and I want the tempo be set by the MIDI clock from my keyboard. Seems like a no brainer and most DAWs do it, but I cant find this in Logic Pro.
