Speaking with Apple Support privately and securely

Had a number of odds responses from Apple Support when I have tried to raise a number of incidents to do with account anomalies.

Are you certain you were talking to Apple. If you found the number from a web search, there are many "paid placement" adverts that "look" like Apple but are not. It s a big scam perpetuated by the search engines.


The posers will often ask for payment in gift cards


Only use phone numbers you find on Apple's site:
