I uninstalled Asahi Linux, but I think I did something wrong because now there's a disk that is taking up all the space. How can I see what's in the drive so that I can delete it?

APFS —you have have to erase the parent drive (top most), reinstall the macOS and restore your user data from a backup.
That's a standard disk layout. Nothing you need to delete.
And that's an expected amount of free space for a 250 GB hard drive. It's really not suitable for a virtual machine.
