Cracked Apple TechWoven Case (iPhone 17 Pro)

Hi,

I purchased an Apple TechWoven Case for my iPhone 17 Pro about 3 days ago. I’ve taken very good care of it, just like I did with my previous phone accessories. However, I was surprised to find that the case has suddenly cracked and come apart.

I’m really disappointed because this is an Apple product that costs almost RM300, and it’s less than 7 days since I bought it. I believe this shouldn’t happen with Apple quality.

Could you please advise if I can get a replacement for this defective case?
