now i'm trying to my old iphone 13 this added and working properly
i'm trying to new account and get the new card in my new mobile but still not working this problem is showing

That doesn’t look like the Wallet app. Are you confusing the Wallet app with your Apple Account? Are you clicking on the app that looks like this?
