I have inadvertently got 2 Apple IDs, have done for years it seems. They use the same phone number, but they have different emails. Unfortunately my main email address in regular use belongs to the older Apple ID. I’ve tried to recover the password for this account 3 times now, but I never get that phone call or text. What can I do?

Did you use other equipment while the request was being processed? Note the two sections about how using devices while using Account Recovery may result in the request being cancelled automatically.
