Apps missing in Apps launch since update

This isn't another revert to Launchpad question. I finally bit the bullet and update to Tahoe. Since doing so, the only apps that appear when launching Apps are MacOS applications (not iPhone as I don't own one). None of my Microsoft apps or Adobe applications appear. I simply have to keep the Applications folder open in Finder to get what I need to. Any idea how to get around this?
