It seems you are using MacOS 12.7 on your Mac, and your Mac is keeping your Mac secure.
Wondering if it may help to update the MacOS version to macOS Monterey 12.7.6. Released July 29, 2024

Eg: Article says: "macOS Monterey updates improve the stability, performance, or compatibility of your Mac and are recommended for all macOS Monterey users."
Seems there have been 6 OS updates since: MacOS 12.7 and the latest is macOS Monterey 12.7.6
Article says: "This update provides important security fixes and is recommended for all users."
If you choose to update :You can try checking for updates:
Go to Apple menu > System Preferences (or Settings) > General > Software Updates
or Above article says: "How to get these updates"
Important Reminder: it's always a good idea to back up your Mac.before updating the MacOS version
