MacBook Pro USB devices not recognized via TESMart KVM
M4 Max Macbook Pro and TESMart KVM USB Issue?
Anyone here using their Macbook Pro with a KVM? I have a TESMart KVM that is 4 computers with 3 monitors each, and other computers work completely fine with this KVM (One Linux and one Windows). I don't have any display issues, and the Macbook Pro HDMI port to connect to one of the ports on the KVM. The other two displays are connected using thunderbolt HDMI adapter cables.
My issue is when it comes to the USB connection. I have a Logitech wireless keyboard that uses the Logitech Transceiver and a USB Mouse that is plugged into a DELL monitor USB hub.
Some of the USB hubs appear in the "USB" section of the "System Information" tool, but not all. I am unsure what limitations there are on the Macbook Pro's USB hubs that would cause this.
Again, other computers connected to this KVM work fine with not only the displays, but also the wireless keyboard and USB mouse plugged into the Monitor.
So, I would be really thankful to hear from someone who has either had this issue and corrected it somehow, or knows what I might try next??
Thanks in advance!
