Signal strength issue with iPhone 15 pro max

Hello!

It’s been almost a year and a half since I started using my iPhone 15 Pro Max. I bought it brand new and I’m its first owner. The phone works perfectly fine overall—except for the fact that Apple has completely ruined iOS with the release of iOS 26.

However, there’s one issue that’s seriously affecting my daily life (and this doesn't have anything to do with the unusual ios 26 UI that I dislike). The network performance on my iPhone is extremely poor. My signal strength—whether it’s Wi-Fi, mobile data, calls, or messages—is consistently weak. Apps take forever to download, and the Wi-Fi often fails to load or loads extremely slowly, things that work instantly on other phones in my house. Even making calls is difficult, while other phones on the same network work perfectly fine.

This isn’t an occasional problem—I’m not exaggerating; it happens constantly. What could be wrong with my iPhone?

I’m from Pakistan, and unfortunately, there’s no official Apple support here. Could my iPhone be damaged?

If it compares unfavourably with other phones in your house then statistically it would seem your phone could have hardware failure.

Buying a phone with no national service support may not have been a wise thing to do.

You are way out of warranty so any repairs by Apple would be maybe 2/3 the cost of a new phone.

Please read my post again. You've totally misunderstood it. I'm telling you that the internet doesn't seem to work on my iPhone sometimes whilst other phones (specially android) around me work perfectly fine. And you're asking me for speed tests…

Calm down, I was about to suggest the same.

First, uninstall all VPN and security apps.

If still no joy, get the phone repaired or sell it for spares
