New Apple Pencil pro isn’t working.
Hello everyone!
I just bought the new iPad 2025 along with the Apple Pencil Pro.
After turning off my iPad, the next day the Pencil Pro suddenly stopped working. It looks like the Bluetooth connection keeps dropping and it won’t stay connected.
I contacted Apple Support, and we tried resetting all the connections, but nothing worked.
Right now, I can’t visit an Apple Store because I’m traveling through Thailand, and Support couldn’t find any store close to my current location.
I’m really frustrated because I bought this device to work while traveling, and now I can’t use the Pencil at all.
Does anyone have suggestions or has experienced something similar?
