Beats Studio 3 headphones won't turn on, off, or connect

Beats Studio 3 headphones won’t turn on, off or connect. I have tried resetting it through holding the power and volume buttons for 20 seconds but it doesn’t work.

The 5 battery lights are not on at all but the power button light is on permanently- it won’t turn off or flash.
