iMac fan making blasting noise

IMAC Blasting (fan) noise

Once Im online(connected to wifi) IMAC suddenly states almost roaring with hissing fan noise-Being apple-Im not too sure it's not hacked yet but could be some other red flags? Hardware(fan) malfunction or some more serious issue?pls any thoughts around that would be appreciated.Cheers.

Same problem repeated from last couple of days ...

In addition to the above reported significant escalating fan noise as in the top of my orignal concerns:

Updates-Fan has started making blasting noise even while on offline mode with no Wifi/data;

Any thoughts/tech advice around the above issues would be appreciated.Cheers.

Run the third party app EtreCheck and post the complete report here so we can examine it for clues.

How to use the Add Text Feature When Posting an EtreCheck Report - Apple Community

After running EtreCheck & posting the report here, try running the Apple Diagnostics to see if any hardware issues are detected. It is important to run EtreCheck first so it is able to analyze your system as it is now since rebooting the system will clear out very critical performance details.
