Improvements that don’t “improve” your experience.

The iPad safari privacy settings have changed since the last update and now only offer two options on privacy instead of the drop down menu that had several options. This is not an “improvement” and is breaking websites. The options of “less” or “more” privacy is meaningless and websites like Toast that use popups during ordering no longer work and the privacy option to allow is no longer available. How do I fix this or complain to Apple.
