How do I fix lagging Apple Music app on iPhone?

My apple music is lagging, when i play a song it doesn’t open unless i skip like 30 seconds, and the repeat doesn’t work, i deleted it and downloaded it again, i upgraded my subscription, i did everything i could do but its still lagging and i cant listen to music like that! Its the only music app i have please help!
