Yes. You can do that. Assuming all Macs involved are running a version of macOS that is compatible with the currently available Logic Pro app download. Currently that is macOS 14.4 Sonoma.
But know that you also must have the ability on the work Mac to login to the App Store with your personal Apple Account in order to download and install the app again. And, generally speaking, it's never a good idea to mix personal use with professional use on the same Mac, or any computer for that matter.
After purchasing Logic you can install it on multiple macs by logging into the AppStore with your AppleID.
