Do I have a virus??

Do i have a virus? okay so basically i wanted to play old versions of a game so i got Ksign which after some research is safe and then i wanted to get mods for the game and the install button was red when i did the same process and i was scared so i deleted it and i even put it through virus detector and nothing but as soon as it’s locked in my head it’s all i worry about so is side loading a virus? and do you think what i installed can be a virus? i don’t think i jailbroke my phone but i need a way to check if i did please help i am having a panic attack and feel nauseous from anxiety please help
