If my hard drive is completely burned, can I recover my files on my macbook pro 2019?

Burned? Burned how? As in by fire? Then probably not.


You would simply recover your files from your backup drive.

Back up your Mac with Time Machine - Apple Support


Apple includes the Time Machine software on every Mac. All you have to do is add an external drive and set up the backup. Use this only if you value your files.

Not if you failed to make backups.


Backups must be made before catastrophe occurs. Afterwards is generally too late. Especially on a Mac with a T2 security chip and soldered-in flash chips, whose contents are encrypted using keys held by the T2, and which reside on a motherboard that is “all burned out.”
