My iPhone 15 plus won’t open Spotify and it’ll try but it’ll immediately crash and my parents have it so I can’t delete or download anything without requesting. We live in different states and they’re refusing to accept the request. I have also powered my phone off and on multiple times. How do I fix this on my own?
