Asking to solve some Travel_&_Purchase Doubt!

Currently I am living in Malta, I am about to travel to Switzerland on my Birthday and I want to gift my self an iPhone 17, So I am planning to buy it from Apple Rennweg, Zurich. Is it possible that I can book it while being in Malta itself?

And also, I am trying to call Apple Rennweg, but they are speaking in German may be, So I want to talk in English, So I can clear more doubts with Apple Rennweg Apple Support Guys, Can anyone help me what to do?
