I am trying to use a brand new iPad Air with magi keyboard and can’t get the keyboard to delete (using the delete key) any email on Microsoft outlook. The previous posts look very dated and look resolved but I am having the issue - can you help

If the magi keyboard won't delete it then disconnect it from the iPad and use the software keyboard that is provided with the iPad. Then get hold of the people that make the magi keyboard and ask them for help.
Also contact Microsoft support, since outlook is not an Apple product.
Are you actually talking about an Apple “Magic” keyboard?
