How do I make the app go full screen in IOS 26.1 on ipad pro 12.9? I purchased this bigger ipad so I could see what is going on? When I try to make it bigger the screen gets bigger but its like there is a frame around it.

Sounds like you might have Stage Manager or Windowed Apps enabled. Try opening Settings, then tapping Multitasking & Gestures and select 'Full Screen Apps' as shown below.

When you say 'turn', do you mean rotating the iPad between landscape and portrait? Check to make sure Rotation Lock is off by swiping down from the top right corner of your screen and ensuring the lock icon below looks like this:

Yes that is what I meant. Not able to rotate the app makes it harder to use this ipad. I know before the updates I did not have this problem
