Driver HP laserjet 1022 and Tahoe
I've got some problems with driver of printer HP laserjet 1022. I can't install one. My operating system is Mac os 26.1 Tahoe. Any body has solution with this?

There are no new drivers for that printer since macOS 10.15 (Catalina, 6 years old). I do not believe the printer supports AirPrint (which needs no drivers). You can:
1) Try the HP app from the App Store https://apps.apple.com/us/app/hp-print-and-support/id1474276998?mt=12
2) Contact HP support
3) Purchase a new printer, and if so then I'd recommend one that uses AirPrint. My HP OfficeJet Pro 8740 is from 2017, uses AirPrint and continues to print and scan with no issues.
