Ipad pro 10,5-inch doesn't download and update apps

It has happened after updating ios. Also i can't log into a mail accounts. I reboot device and reseted network settings, also I've tried signing out on the App Store, and then log in again. I still have the same problems, probably because of updating, or maybe it happened because during the update vpn was working?

after updating also there were a lot of errors concerning gmail, contacts and etc, "application authentication cannot be verified imap.gmail.com" or someting like this, so i signed out my gmail and now i can't log in again
