MacBook Pro disconnects from iPhone Personal Hotspot

Old issue, new issue, what changed ...(?)

I have found personal Hotspot to be finicky at best..

The behavior between devices seems to be altered with each & every upgrade or point-update.

I have been 100% dependent on Hotspot for Internet Access for the last 6 years— It is crazy making. My Hotspot is the only Hotspot and it is still problematic.

Some updates seems to make it better and more functional as you would hope, but it has never persisted.

You can shut down and restart all devices‚ may or may not, temporarily resolve your immediate issue.

Your local Wi-Fi may be too congested to maintain this connection. You may be forced to use a cable to connect.
