Cannot redeem Apple TV offer due to loading issue
I can't redeem the apply tv offer that gives 50% for 6 months. It just keeps loading when I press on accept the offer on my account

Are you sure there aren't any issues with your Apple Account? i.e. it's not disabled, billing info is up to date, and the latest version of the terms & conditions has been accepted? To check for the T&C, go to Settings and tap on your name at the top. Usually if there is an updated T&C for you to accept it will alert you at the top of this page.
