I have a “word count” shortcut that I got from the community (thanks y’all) that works great on my iPhone but won’t work on my iPad. I have double and triple checked the settings, they are identical.
My problem appears to be when I cannot get the shortcut “word count” to appear on the share sheet. I have tried quite a few things, and looked for clues here, but to no avail.
Any and all help sought and appreciated!

I actually referenced another article, which might have been from you, that suggested to turn on “files” and “rich text” in the settings. That fixed my problem. Thank you for you follow up and expertise. My actual problem was related Notes. By changing those settings, the word count showed up in shortcuts when using the share sheet from Notes.

nsmcc ~ What is the text you want the shortcut to count the words in? ...Is it a note or the clipboard or...?
