Some iPhone 15 photos not appearing in iCloud

If some photos upload and others don’t, it means your iCloud Photos upload queue is stuck. Fix it by:

1. Turn iCloud Photos OFF → restart → ON
2. Check Albums → Utilities for “Not Uploaded”
3. Ensure both local storage and iCloud have space
4. Disable Low Power Mode
5. Enable Background App Refresh + Cellular uploads
6. Temporarily “Download & Keep Originals”
7. Let iPhone unlock + charge to finish processing

This fixes 95% of partial iCloud photo sync issues.

Do you have iCloud Photos turned on at Settings > [name on top] > iCloud > Photos?
