Is AF/AE lock possible using Apple Watch?

AF/AE lock via Apple Watch possible? I make videos with my iPhone and need to track and/or AF/AE lock the camera. Since I myself am the only person in the room that can be a hassle. Putting an passive object in front and focus first is an option but it’s still not enough to track my motion. AF is possible with the watch but locking not?
