iPhone 15 Pro: SIM Failure after eSIM change

I was changing between eSIM on my iPhone and suddenly all the cellular network stopped working and an error message appears with the following message "SIM Failure". I've done reset to the netwoks and the eSIMs, unsuccessfully, but the failure remains. I'm trying manually to restore or update again the Iphone using the MAC (also with MACOS26), but the download suddenly stops and the Iphone turns on again, showing up the same problem.

Not bean able to talk yet with the carrier support. But have 3 eSIMs from 3 different carriers and cannot connect nor delete any of them. I notice that the toggle to turn on/off Celular data on the Cellular menu has disappeared and on the control center appears on the top left the info of "No SIM" however my 3 eSIMs are still appearing in the Cellular menu.

I've tried to add my eSIM and the message that appears is "Unable to activate eSIM"

After a check on the Apple support app it showed that my phone has a hardware problem. This doesn’t make any sense, I was just changing between my 3 carrier lines. Very disappointed. I’ve also deleted all my eSIM cards (never disappeared), reset all networks and restored the phone and the problem persists, however now is even worse because I cannot even had a new eSIM.
