Unpairing Bluetooth:

A. Use System Information:

See your paired devices, and their specs (i.e. model and Serial Number). Anything of suspicion?

  1. Hold Down: option key
  2. Click: Apple menu
  3. Select: System Information
  4. Select: Bluetooth
  5. View: "Connected" and "Not Connected"

B. Reset the Bluetooth Module:

Use this Command in Terminal:

sudo pkill bluetoothd

C. Neighbor's Items:

With a strong device, it may be you neighbor's item. I don't know if you live in an apartment to not (don't provide the answer), but it may be your neighbor's devices (on the other side of the wall), with the signal being seen in the window. Like it or not, my friend sees his neighbor's TV, and they see his items.
