Can I order an iPhone without a new carrier plan

I want to order the iPhone 17 on your site, but when I go to pay it takes me to an option to pick a carrier, however I live in Croatia, where the same model phones are very expensive. I wanted to order the phone over your site, and had it set up with my carrier, that does support e-sim. So my question is, can I only order the phone over your website without having to pay for an additional carrier the I already have where I live?
