Hello, I also have a problem, I recently bought some AirPods and I was not offered a discount on Apple Music for 6 months free on a newly purchased device, and I would really like that offer, I hope you can help me and get it resolved, thanks!

This is a user-to-user forum. Nobody here can resolve this with Apple for you.
Looking at Apple's site, it appears that the AirPods promotion is only for 3 months … and according to the fine print, is for "New subscribers only." If you've ever had a free trial of, or a subscription to, Apple Music, that might explain why you didn't get a free trial offer.
