I tried with Pages and it did not work.

If you are talking about setting the Zoom control in Pages to 200%, that only affects the size of text on the screen. It is like holding a magnifying glass over a printout, and is not meant to affect the size of text or objects on printouts.

If you want to change text size relative to a "printed page", that is what the font size (e.g., "12 pt", "18 pt") would be for.

I tried that. BTW Some times there is a scaling button and sometimes there is not

Scaling (Zoom) only affects what you are seeing on the screen and not the final document or print.
What you need to do, is bump up the Font size of the text in the Pages document.

Check >> > Pages >>> Files >>> Page Setup

Are you Printing in Portrait Mode or Landscape Mode

Below is a Screen Shot from Pages version 14.4 on a M4 Desktop with macOS Tahoe version 26.1

The Print Dialog is to the Epson ET 2750

The text in that Pages file is using Helvetic Neue point 11

To these failing eyesight eyes the printout looks like a 11 point Font

Same to you and yours.
