Have no idea what you are seeing or what it has to do with any information from your phone.

  • Augmented reality is not used to access photos from your home or device.
  • Pictures of the inside of many houses that have been for sale or rent are available on most realtor sites, such as Zillow. Of course these are not real time pictures.
  • The outside of most houses are available using Google Street View.
  • Your Apple Account may have been compromised, but that would be difficult if you are using Two Factor Authentication since that would require a verification code sent to your device or one that is currently listed as a Trusted Phone number on your account.
  • Your account may have been compromised on another service if you use one, such as Instagram or Facebook where it may not have those security options for access to any photos posted there.
  • Are you getting a message/email from someone trying to scare you into believing you have been compromised and asking for money/bitcoin from you? These types of scams are very common when there is no actual compromise involved at all.

We may be able to help further, but will need more information on what you are seeing. You can post screenshots, but of course we don't want you to post any personal information.
