Why do I have to log in to the app every single time I open the app on my TV?

See the title. EVERY TIME I open the app on my TV I have to log in. Go to the browser, get the two factor text on my phone, blah blah blah, 2-3 minute process every time I open the app.


I raised a ticket with support and they just blame my TV manufacturer, even though the app in the Android app store is full of 1 star reviews of people complaining about the same issue.


Is there a fix for this? Does anyone have a solution?
