I have issue with screentime on my daughters phone. I have set it through parental control but it blocks before the time is up

Thank you but the problem we encounter is that the apps block much before the actual time of use.
for example I have set 40 minutes of YouTube and after just 5 the app blocks… the only way to fix it is to restart the phone.
I have see one redit that other people have the same problem but no solutions.
Try turning it off and trust her to use the phone wisely. Screen time limits is notoriously difficult to tune finely and allowing or blocking sites or apps is more robust.
