Mouse not working in Mac Recovery Mode

Hi there,

My Mac keeps restarting and coming up with an error, but when I turn it off and on again, it works until it restarts again.

When I put my Mac into recovery mode to try and fix it, the mouse is stuck in the corner and doesn’t move, and I can’t select the correct recovery mode option. It is a wired mouse and I tried using the arrow keys on the keyboard but they don’t work.

It is running macOS Ventura 13.7.8

Is there any way I can fix this without going into recovery mode, or make recovery mode work?
